Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
